In 1992 started work the Central Office of the Baltic States, located in Lithuania. As from 1 April 1994, the pharmaceutical firm Berlin-Chemie/Menarini GmbH was represented in Latvia by the Lithuanian central office.

The company Berlin-Chemie/Menarini Baltic was registered in Latvia on 27 March 1998.

Berlin-Chemie/Menarini Baltic is continuing the work in Latvia performs marketing activities aimed at promotion and marketing authorization of the products by drug manufacturer Berlin-Chemie/Menarini.
